I remember many years ago lying on my bed in a darkened room swamped in anxiety. I was going through a really bad time and I was close to a nervous breakdown, although at the time I was in denial. I broadcast in my mind a cry for help. I had what felt like a permanent knot in my stomach that had built up from months of anxiety and it felt suffocating. My attention drifted to my Nana Brown, the only person I knew who had passed away at the time. I lay in a deep state of meditation trying to bring calm to my mind and body. About ten minute later I opened my eyes and I saw the figure of a person standing over the bed waving their palms over my knotted stomach. It cast a ghostly figure and looked as if it was made of grey smoke. As my mind gained clarity the figure slowly disappeared form vision. I know not who it was but I believe they were trying to help calm the anxiety by focusing on the knotted area in my stomach.

This Topic has been opened to allow people to share their experiences of might be termed paranormal activity. I make it a point now to ask anyone I get to know (I tend to wait a few weeks :D) if they have encountered anything paranormal and i am always amazed the stories I hear. I would go so far as to say over 40% of the people I speak to have some story to tell and in many cases they have never shared it with anyone else prior to that. However, sharing such experiences is important in getting out a very important message that "there is more to life than what we see." Feel free to share your experiences with an open minded community and in so doing you can contribute an ingredient to that soup of knowledge that tells a tale of something greater.
